  1. What are your hours of operation?
    - Williamson County Office Hours: M-F 8 AM - 6PM, S-S 8:30 AM - 5 PM
    - Travis County Office Hours: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM
    Both Williamson and Travis County offices are available by phone 24 hours a day.
  2. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash, credit cards, and personal checks. You also may send up to $5,000 by Western Union Quick Collect. Payments may be submitted in office or by clicking the online payments link on our mobile website.
  3. I have the money for a bond, when will my loved one be released?
    In Williamson County, every arrested person must wait to appear before a magistrate to determine the bail amount. If the arrest occurred in the evening, the defendant will likely have to wait until the following morning. In Travis County, the magistrates often work around the clock allowing the bond amount to be determined within 4-8 hours.
  4. Whats the difference between a cash bond and a surety bond?
    Cash bonds must be paid in full where as a surety bond allows payment for a percentage of the total bond.
  5. Where do I pickup an inmate released from jail?
    - Williamson County: Inmates can be picked up from either outside the jail reception area (306 W 4th st. in Georgetown, TX) or, if Freedom Bail Bonds arranged the release, at our office located across the street from the jail.
    - Travis County: 500 West 10th Street in downtown Austin and 3614 Bill Price Road in Del Valle.
